# FDFSClub

> FDFSClub sends free alerts when movie tickets open in India. A user picks a city, a movie, a date and the theatres they care about. FDFSClub checks every few minutes, day and night, and sends a Telegram message and an email with a booking link as soon as a matching show opens.

FDFSClub does not sell or book tickets and is not affiliated with any ticketing site. It only tells people when tickets open. The name comes from "first day, first show", but alerts work for any show, not only the first day.

## Using FDFSClub

- Website: https://fdfsclub.in/
- Sign in: Google account only. Signing in is required to create alerts.
- Telegram bot: https://t.me/FDFSClubBot (optional, link it from the website, then alerts also arrive on Telegram)
- Cost: free
- Limit: up to 3 active alerts per person at a time

## Creating an alert

1. Pick a city.
2. Pick a movie, including movies that have not opened for booking yet.
3. Pick a date (today to 10 days ahead, or from the release date for upcoming movies), then any theatre or specific theatres.
4. Optionally filter by format (for example 2D, IMAX), language, show time and ticket price.
5. Save. The alert is sent once when a matching show opens, then moves to past alerts. If the date passes first, it expires.
